Unlocking - Nokia - Remote Unlock

We are able to remotely unlock the handsets listed below, most of which were released before 2006.

It is recommended that you contact us to confirm that we can unlock your handset if you cannot find it listed below or in any of the other sections.

Note: As nokia have used the same model numbers for some of their new phones, we have also included the unique product code in brackets which you can check by looking at the label under you battery.

To get one of these phones unlocked, you will need to either bring your phone into us, or post it to us.


Remote Unlocking

It should be possible to unlock all phones above with a code but feel free to to confirm.

Note: You only have 5 attempts to enter the code, this may sound like a lot, but all these attempts may be needed. If the 5 attempts have been used, the cable method is the only way to unlock your mobile phone.

(There is no way to check how many attempts are remaining on the handset.)

What we need to unlock your phone by code:
The Model Number (See Label under battery - Usually top right - i.e. 6310i (NPL-1)
The Network that it's locked to at the moment (i.e. what network's simcard works currently)
The IMEI (to get this type: *#06#) - 15 Digit number (double check before submitting).

Cable Unlocking

The cable method, is the safest and most accurate way to unlock your mobile phone. This method is also used in circumstances where the 5 attempts at entering a code have been used up, in which case this is the only method which will work.

To get one of these phones unlocked, you will need to either bring your phone into us, or post it to us.


Post Phone

Only post: Phone, Battery (fully charged), your contact details and return address.
