We have the capability of updating the firmware for a large number of mobile phones.
The phones we can do include: Nokia, Samsung, Sony Ericsson, and many others.
New firmware updates fix common software problems and sometimes add new features to the phone.
Common fixes that new firmware solves are:
Slow menus
Phone crashes
Bluetooth/Infrared Problems
and many more.
NOTE: This process may result in all personal setting, contacts, messages, etc that are stored on your
phone to be erased. Please make a backup of your phone before sending to us. If you are unusable to do this,
please state this in the "other information" section of the form below and we will let you know if we can
backup and restore the information.
Information stored on removable memory cards will not be erased.
